The Maple Leaf, Covent Garden
As a Canadian in London, I obviously have a a little bias, but this is a great pub! Good food, good beer, good sports (football AND hockey - it doesn't get better).
As for the complaints, it usually seems to be the Aussies complaining, possibly because the Maple Leaf is much more popular than the nearby generic Walkabout. Otherwise, it's angry Americans. C'est la vie.
The Leaf is a great spot for hanging out with friends, watching a game, or just grabbing a quick pint.
