The George Inn, Chideock

We always use this establishment each time we stay in Chideock and have never found anything but a friendly welcome. This is a very popular place to eat and each Palmers ale is well kept. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Steve, Emma and the staff deserve all the plaudits for all the work they do to maintain such high standards.

The Rock Arms, Romsey

This Pub has been closed for quite a long time but I am pleased to announce that it will re open in late April under its former name of The Rockingham Arms. It will hopefully return to its former high standards under the new ownership.

The Park Tavern, Eltham

Popped in on Sunday with my Brother in law for the first time and really enjoyed the atmosphere, friendliness of the staff and above all the range of Ales. Lion from Cotswolds, Exmoor Ale, Jennings Cumberland Ale were on as well as Hop Stuff from Woolwich Arsenal and a Brewery from Chatham. I had 3 halves and a pint which were all well kept and served at the right temperature. Didn't eat but the food is well priced for London and looked appealing from what I saw served. A very enjoyable visit. 9
