Description of The Old Mariner just over a year ago: Filthy, filthy glasses, no furniture, no customers, awfull food, closed when landlord got bored, on the brink of closure rotten cask beer.

Description of The Old Mariner today Clean, best cask conditioned ale in town, best beer garden in town , very very busy, stunning sunday lunches, brand new refurbished CLEAN toilets. If enjoying this pub means joining a clique bring out the membership forms
