No wonder. It took at least 15 mins to get our first drink. It seemed much longer.
Feel sorry for the chef because the food is wonderful for the price but the service is appalling.
Music too loud downstairs.
There was a lovely English manager here when we came before and we came back because the food was good and he was charming. He has been replaced by an older grumpy Asian bloke who was useless - the few staff left appear to also detest him. We gave it a 2nd chance because of the niceness of the staff and quality of the food. The atmosphere was awful.
We will not be back

The Builders Arms, Teddington

The Builders is an excellent pub but different in style and location to other pubs ocaly- it's more of an upscale boozer.
I hate sport on TV at all times and the pool table even in a well run pub attracts a yob element.
