The Coach Inn, Shrewsbury

Firstly-every wall, door, ceiling has an England flag on to remind you of what country you're in and secondly, you know when you see those people with no teeth really drunk in town centres and wonder where they spend their days? Wonder no more, it's a place just like this. Absoloutely no point whatsoever going into this pub, unless you like freakshows

The Old Angel Inn, Nottingham

I went to this pub for the 1st time ever yesterday, it's great. Friendly staff and punters, went and saw the live band upstairs and had a tiop time. The toilets are grim but who cares, i don't go anywhere for the bogs, Definitely worth going to if you like a good punk/rock/billy pub.

The Plough Inn, St Asaph

Dissappointed with this place. Had read a review in a guide book saying that the food was amazing so after a day out in the countryside we made sure we visited. Just walking in i thought it may not be all i was hoping for when i saw the huge great 'Sky Sports' banners. Once inside we were told that the resteraunt was closed but the food was still avaiable and the would be the same menu. Well, the food was pretty poor, barely average pub food but with a high price, all served in front of a great big screen showing the football.. i think that perhaps the oub had just changed hands as ther was a sign on the door about a dress code but people were wandering around in shorts and vests. Overall, good as pub, crap to eat in though.
