The Albion, Clifford

i have been using this pub for years but as from my last visit i will never go in again. i was greeted by a very rude new landlord, and was surprised to hear he was a local (ish) from wetherby by all accounts, i ordered coffee at to which his response was a very loud tut, when being served he spent the whole time clicking on his mobile phone as if i wasn`t even there, he never once acknowedged my presence he was talking constantly about his sky t.v to another lad behind the bar, he didnt actually look like he worked there his presence is a rarity in the pub he just leaves his staff to it while he goes off playing golf by all accounts this is a very small village and people talk and he is not liked by 1 person i have talked to about this, we need to find out who the operator is as to put in a complaint, on the otherhand i did have my lunch there the new chef is excellent the food is very good and reasonably priced �6.95 /�5 FOR OAPS & children sunday roast and huge homemade yorkshire puds. the new menu is traditional also a reasonable price. i have rated this pub a 5 this is down to the food only.
