The Chevalier Inn, Exeter

The worst Weatherspoons Lloydst No1 that I know.
Like many of the chains bars it is understaffed.
Strangely in the Winter they don't put many lights on, which makes for a frustrating time if you want to read.
Doesn't normally welcome footy fans but made an exception for Plymouth Argyle (?)
More, er...., dodgy characters than the average JTW.

Mill On The Exe, Exeter

Expensive but decent enough family stop.
You get a lot of students with their parents at the start and end of terms/years.
Most Grannies would be happy to eat here.
This is a rebuild. The original Mill was largely where the Car Park is now.
