This pub is in a great location but its in a real bad state and is desperate for refurbishing. It might attract some of the trendy, wealthy locals if it was smartened up.

The Tigers Head, Chislehurst
The food here is really nice, shame they have removed the sizzling stir fry dishes. It would be even better if it had a little bar area for drinking only.
