The Royal Oak, York
What an improvement since the new landlady took over. The pub is clean, warm and friendly. It is one of only a few traditional pubs left in York. The beer is obviously kept very well. I had the best pint of Abbot for sometime. This was compliamented by an excellent steak and chips.
Well done to the new staff and landlady and compliaments to the chef.
A must to visit.. Outstanding.
