Waggon and Horses, Brentford

i've been coming to the Waggon only for a couple of years but if ever i saw a case of a man with a grudge it has to be whoagigi. the fella he spoke to behind the bar is definitely not polish but from montengro and his english does need perfecting but it is nowhere near the standard that that idiot described. forthcoming football fixtures are on a blackboard for all to see. the locals tell me that the quality of the beer has improved significantly and the food is the nicest as far as any pub on Kew Bridge road goes. the chef is from Brazil and her food is delish, not to mention flexible (ie home cut fries instead of chips etc) there are always at least one or two regulars who are happy to talk to you, (unlike some other pubs nearby where u get bottled just for asking for a light). Nice layout in the traditional fullers style make for an enjoyable evening out especially on a monday where Karaoke is the place to be. Barstaff are friendly and courteous, always ready to go the extra mile. all in all a good place to go and enjoy a good pint.
