Brouge, Bistro and Belgian Beer Cellar, Richmond Upon Thames

came there for saturday lunch with a few friends. this is a very good pub/bistro, reasonable prices and friendly cosy atmosphere. the food was very good and the beer even better - excellent selections including sample trays. not your traditional english pub but i will definitely come back.

The Plumbers Arms, Victoria

in the past i have only been here for drinks and always found it very friendly and nice and clean. today i had lunch with a colleague here and this was the first time i had food at this nice cosy place. i had steak which was nice, tender and tasty and my colleague had fish and chips with mushy peas which was also good - all of this washed down with a glass of cold lager, not bad at all - definitely worthwhile a visit.
