Far From the Madding Crowd, Oxford

with regard to the last comment, i think this pub is going through a much needed tidy up, the manager I think has trained the staff to a much higher level and I have watched with interest the food improvements and the high professional standards bieng introduced.I think this pub will go from strengh to strength as the wheat is cut from the chaff. In the past us locals have become too comfy and none of us want to see our pub change however we can only support the new team here and hope it stays as good as it has been.
