What a shame to see such reviews, the location and building are truley amazing is a real shame to see this place in the daldrums.
i would rather not leave any comment re quality issues etc as it seems most others will do that generally. Having had the pleasure of working for Wadworth up untill a couple of years ago i am sure they are working hard to put things right. This pub is amazing and i am sure it will return to its former glory.

The Trigger Pond, Bucknell

Maybe a bit biased as i used to run this lovely old pub.
It still is and am sure it will remain so.
My lady n i popped in for lunch to the same smiley team, what a credit.
We had a fab lunch and as always the beer was top,
I popped my bitter cherry on 6X,
