Best pub on Archway Road. Ideal place for whole evening as curry brought to your table is great. Good prices for food and drinks too. Landlord clearly invested in the place as decor, TVs and even speakers all excellent!

maybe muswellhillgirl was unlucky...went into this pub for the first time with my (Asian) wife and there was certainly no hint of this kind of thing. It also seems unlikely that a pub named after a suffragette reformer would tolerate unpleasant behaviour! Our impression was that it was a very decent pub/bar and we'll be going back.

Winchester Pub Hotel, Highgate
The most surly and unfriendly bar staff I have ever encountered in London and that's saying something. Not just the odd one but all of them as if it's a part of the job description. With new staff would be a decent pub.
