The Dog and Duck, Kingsfold

Just won the South East Fundraising Pub of the Year. Beer is still superb and food and atmosphere are great too. It is know wonder the customers are always willing to throw a few coins in the wishing well and and back the many charitable events the pub puts on.

The Owl, Kingsfold

A very well decorated and very large pub mainly set out for eating so lacks atmosphere. Part of a small chain (3 pubs). Usually two Real Ales which change from time to time as the pub is independant of any brewery. Well run by an enthusiastic manager. Food is good.

The Dog and Duck, Kingsfold

As close to a traditional village pub as is available these days. A small cosy pub with nice gardens and outside seating. A friendly welcome awaits locals and strangers alike. Be prepared to get chatting even if you are on your own. Real ale is kept extremely well, with two Badger beers and usually a guest. Licensees have been there since Christmas 2005 and food custom is building rapidly. Pub is on two levels with restaurant seating in the lower bar although customers are welcome to sit anywhere.
