Sankey's, Tunbridge Wells

Sankeys is my friend Kas's and my local-and favorite bar. The beer is first rate-the fruit beer is a must, suggest trying all of them. Upstairs which as pointed out earlier use to be the 'top class restaurant' is now a bar, downstairs focusing on food. The bar staff are first rate (downstairs particulary; if Sam, Lydia or Pheobe are on then your in luck-very friendly (just say u know Kas and Alex). The only slight shame is if you are drinking downstairs and you fancy a fruit beer as you will have to go upstairs inorder to get one. Apqart from that its worth a few visits-and you dont have to be a local just have a few beers and chat to anyone!!!
