The Garibaldi, St Albans

Now that the new management have settled and put their own mark on the pub it really is worth a visit.

The food is superb, but with the lack of portion control they could go bankrupt in next to no time! The good news is that the huge quantities are not making up for any lack of quality.

The Hufflers Arms, Dartford

I've visited the Hufflers a few times since the new owner took over and the refurb has done wonders; much brighter, open bar area and the toilets have benefitted from a much needed overhaul. It now shows sports on a couple of screens and has live music. Definitely worth a visit!
