Hole in the Wall, Bristol

I was VERY disapointed with this pub. We visited yesterday hoping to have an enjoyable meal. The food took an hour and 25 minutes to get to us, that was after we had complained twice and had to give our order again. Even then they tried to deliver us the wrong food!! When we complained to the staff they were rude and made us feel like we were in the wrong for complaining! We were offered a complimentary coffee but the staff refused to let us have a liquer put in it (the very least they could do i thought). I will NEVER visit this pub again.
