The Buckinghamshire Yeoman, Bedgrove

The landlady Heather is the worst The Bucks Yeoman has seen in some 15 years that I have been living in the area.

I have stopped going to my local pub because of Heather. She has a very poor attitude to customers and even worse still to her own staff. The day I heard Heather say to a customer, 'f**k it I wont have a f**cking break today' after she was asked to move her car blocking the only disabled access ramp to the pub, was the day I stopped drinking in my local.

This pub has seriously gone down the pan, the atmospher died when Heather took over, the food service slipped even further into decline (How it has achieved a 'Good - 4 out of 5' rating from the local authority I do not know) and the number of unhappy customers is increasing on a daily basis.
