The Ship Inn, Haskayne

I have to say after visiting the ship inn on more than one occasion i am yet to be let down by the place

The service we recieve from the friendly waiting on staff is second to none, the food is simply to die for and the general atmosphear of the ship is outstanding.

We visit the ship each sunday for our roast dinner and we take the kids along with us because this is one of the few pub/resturants that can cater for all your family.

The landscape around the pub gardens are fantastic, situated right on the leeds - liverpool canal with panoramic views of the country side. There is a fairly large playground that the kids can play on and keep them entertained while you sit back and enjoy the scenery.

We will continue to visit the ship until such time we find somewhere better, but in all honesty i dont think we will.
