The Rising Sun, Edmonton

Changed management.
I have been drinking at the Rising Sun fairly regularly for some time. A couple of years ago a new landlord took over, a friendly guy by the name of Steve, and the pub has come fair distance since then. Not much has changed in the layout (it's a traditional boozer). There is still a pool table and we play regular darts matches thare and also our team plays at other pubs as well.
Steve has successfully got rid of any "rowdy" element that might have once been there and visitors are of various ages. On Sunday afternoons when I mostly go Steve lays on free hot snacks and he really looks after his range of ales. It's a much nicer environment than it used to be.
