More of a food pub with a very small area for casual drinkers. Certainly not the place to relace, the staff were rushing everywhere and everywhere. Did not feel comfortable and went to the pub in Merrivale, not on this website that I can find but altogether a more relaxed and friendly pub with good pub food.

Two Bridges Hotel, Two Bridges

Yup, agree with the latest review. This used to be a nice pub with a great public bar that welcomed muddy boots. All gone now more the pity.

The Plough, Great Haseley

This pub has just been bought by the villagers and long may it thrive. Called by on a Saturday as we were in the area. Very pleasant, really nice gardens and three real ales on tap, (being that the pub is in the heart of Oxfordshire shame two of them came from cornwall). They had a BBQ going and what we had was really very nice and well presented by very friendly staff. The tenant was a nice chap - good to talk to. If you are in the area give this pub a visit.
