The Olde England, St Helens

This pub is relatively new to me as I only found out about it a few months ago but it is now my favourite pub. The staff are very friendly and when I go in with my friends we have a real laugh with the staff. There are lots of different real ales, I like the Jaipur but am also fond of the flavoured beers like the ginger beer and also the stouts when they are on. I am fond of a whisky for my last drink and they have quite a few malts to chose from. They also have flavoured vodkas and as realalelover2 points out fruit wines.

The Turks Head, St Helens

Am an occasional visitor to the Turks and always find the staff friendly and the beer nice, with a good range of real ales. It is a pub with a lot of regulars, quite a few of them I now know to speak to.
