The George, London Bridge

Delightful pub and clearly very historic, but no excuse for the ludicrously high prices - £4.50 for a pint!!!

Thomas Rigby's, Liverpool

A bit disappointed as they seem to have a set of new staff, went in a week or so ago and asked the young lady for a pint of Amstel and was met with a blank expresson, "Whats that, I dont knowi if we sell it?!" Enough said...........

Colliers Arms, Kings Moss

First time visit this afternoon and certainly wasnt disappointed. Fantastic pub which is in the small village of Kings Moss, on the Lancashire/Merseyside border. Accessible about a mile or so from the Rainford Bypass. Small cosy pub with open fires, a good range of beers on tap and the food was the best sampled for a long while. The landlady was very friendly as were the rest of the staff. My only small gripe (and it is only a very small one) is the size restraints as in some instances you feel too close to the persons sat at an adjoining table, but please dont let that put you off. This is a cracking pub.
