A wonderful find during a visit to Liverpool. Enjoyed the atmosphere, the beer and the banter with the regulars. Highly recommended if Wetherspoons, Chef & Brewer and student bars aren't your thing. Traditional pub we found by accident but would seek out again.

I'm not a real ale buff so can't comment on what they had on sale. This was a visit I had to do because I'd heard so much about Ye Cracke. It stank of stale beer and vomit, the floor and tables were sticky and most of the customers drunk and intimidating. It was a fairly quiet Friday afternoon but I drank up quickly and left. Never to return!

Covman45 - Please respect other users of this site and don't dismiss my observations as 'nonsense'. I'm happy to accept that conditions were better when you visited, I commented on the visit I paid to the pub.
