The Quays, Basildon

This is def the best pub in basildon with out adoubt , they have party nights often and soul and motown night on the first friday of every month which i loveeee . I try and get down on a sunday now as they have live entertainment which changes from week to week . I joined up to there face book groups so that i get all the special offers that they have first hand . the staff are all exteremly friendly and all ways love a good dance behind the bar .

The Old Shant, Grays

I agree with barmaid of the year this pub is great i have sung there for almost 4 years now and i never once had any problems there . its always a great night out and all the locals are up for a laugh. i always look forward to being there the bar staff are brillaint and always join in the fun.
