Had a refurb a couple of years ago, food orientated, but still a good locals drinking hole.

The Duke of Devonshire, Eastbourne

M & B managed house, Keen, cheery & helpful staff with well priced food & drink.
Recommended, but NOT for Saturday night as it is VERY loud, with odd non-radio 2 type music (Unless that's your thing).
