Reflex, Southend on Sea

I agree with the previous review, the lack of bar staff in this club is ridiculous. In fact I only registered on this site so I could reinforce what Steve_D had to say, and maybe one day Reflex will wake up and smell the coffee. I used to go to this place on and off but the 20-30 minute wait every time you want a drink has put me right off as you can imagine. Any half cut bar manager can see that a couple of extra bodies behind the bar would increase their profits ten fold and put a smile on customers faces! Such a shame, as it would be an excellent club if this was corrected....WAKE UP REFLEX!
