Are we really worried about the state of the car park, do you drink in it? No. So go inside and find a really 'old world' charming pub. No plastic beams or frills, just a friendly, jovial and sometimes 'abusive' [don't be rude to him] landlord.
The beer is varied and well kept.The food is freshly cooked, large portioned and very reasonably priced.
Don't want it to change.
