The Beacon, Hayes
My parents owned the Beacon in the 70's - 80's .. and my dad was the big irish guy called Pat (he was actually American from New York) haha.
great pub, loved living there as a kid.. went back quite a few times and it was still a lovely pub.
Was gutted to find out it had been demolished. Sad news but still have the memories..
