The Sun Inn, Dorchester

Terrible Sunday lunch. Rude service and mediocre carvery. We arrived to find the table we had booked particularly had been given away, even though we were early to be seated. Basically we were told we had to live with it and take another table - overlooking the main road. We ate and left. The carvery was okay but not worth �9.50 - greasy roast potatoes and soggy cabbage. We'll wait until it's under new management to try this place again. The meal was supposed to be a treat for my mum - early mother's day - sadly it was horribly disappointing.
