The Spread Eagle Hotel, Witham

Great job done on the place. They have turned it into 3 different bars: The sports bar on the left is friendly and they show all the matches. The middle section is now a late night venue and available for private hire. Nice bar ad good food ( I was at a do there recently) The right hand side is a nice wine bar. Very smart, with reasonably priced drinks and a good selection of wines. They give you nibbles to enjoy with your drinks, which is a nice touch. Attracting the older and nicer crowd which is great as Witham has needed something like this for ages. Open lunchtimes too for food, which I hear is good and reasonable priced (although not yet been myself, will be trying it out) Definately worth a visit - well done to the landlord!!
