The Town Hall Tavern, Leeds

This pub has recently gone through a refurbishment - I have uploaded a new photo from their website - it also has gained a new manager and staff who were all very friendly when I visited.
It has been modernised, but in a good way - still lots of local flavour in the piccys on the walls, dark wooden floor/bar, interesting victorian type green tiles and still excellent range of beers (obviously Taylors), but also stocks little known Freedom lagers.
The biggest change though is in the food offering - I had a Lamb dish, and my partner has a steak sandwich, and both were excellent quality and very tasty.
Overall, a good change - and well worth a revisit.
