The King Alfred, Winchester
I often use this pub at lunchtime. Good cheap food and a decent atmosphere. Have to agree with the comments about the landlord though- rude, sarcastic and stroppy at times. The rest of the staff are pleasant enough and seem to put up with it for some reason.
