The General Eliott, Uxbridge

The pub changed hands early 2009 and it has been revived, there are people in it and they are enjoying themselves. Ales tend to be London Pride, Ringwood, Spitfire and very drinkable. There is now a large home cooked style menu and it is very popular and people talk about their Sunday roasts. Entertainment has returned with live music on Sat, Karaoke on Thu and Quiz on Tue, Sports on TV, and I'm glad the pool table went. Back to how it should be :)

The Master Brewer Hotel, Hillingdon

now just a pile of rubble as they knocked it down a few weeks ago

Pipemakers Arms, Uxbridge

After moving from the pub over the road, we all enjoy this place immensely, beer is kept well and recommended (Pride/Abbott/Adnams bitter), the pool table has gone as there was a change of ownership a while back and new staff are very friendly.
Now they serve a full Chinese menu, cooked in full view, so eat in or have a quick pint while waiting for your take away.
It is still mainly a pub with locals so you don't have to eat but if you fancy a snack then the menu is enormous!
