The Glasshouse Stores, Piccadilly Circus

Went there last Friday (8th Feb) and received the worst service I've had in any pub for a long time. Asked the bar staff a few questions about the bar billiards table. Had to repeat every single question. Staff member did not look at me when answering. I was told the table would probably never be fixed as its very expensive. It was such rude service I was speechless!

CLOSED. This pub is now a Cafe Rouge. Sad times!
