Shocking!! really rude totally disinterested staff who were severely undertrained and disorganised, with no obvious signs of management!

How they can advertise "home cooked Food" is beyond me, cold hard chips, burgers full of water, dirty ramekins for sauce! the food is obviously all frozen and just reheated

Genuinely no better than a weatherspoons which would have been 1/4 of the price.

Pubs like this are the reason the industry is suffering!
