Very disappointed in that twice in a matter of weeks my lunch has taken 45 minutes to prepare. I appreciate that they cook from scratch, but when i turned up at 12.05 to a completely empty pub I would have expected the hardly onerous task of preparing chilli con carne to take less than 45 minutes. Also the bar tables are very sticky, so much so that you have to be careful when lifting your cutlery / arm / phone from the table so that you don't launch it across the bar.

Such a shame as the beer is of decent quality and the location perfect for a lunchtime pint if working in the Gatwick area.
