The Red Lion, Rawtenstall

Very nice little pub. Recently refurbished with lots of nice wood paneling and comfortable new re-upholstered seating. Friendly bar staff and the new owner, Bob, is very attentive to the patrons. Three seating areas to choose from. The four Cask Ales offered are well kept. Friendly locals in on New Years Eve. We stopped by several times while on holiday and had great service and ales each time. Well done!

The Euston Flyer, Euston

Teh Euston Flyer is a great place to have a pint while watching footie or waiting for a train. They have the usual Fuller's selection but need to update. Had a pint of Fuller's Black Cab at another pub. Nice stout ale. Could not believe that the Flyer did not have on tap. Time to step it up and change up the taps.

The Lord John Russell, Russell Square

Great little pub. Nice selection of cask ales. Brains Bitter was spot on. Pub was not loud. Could actually sit and have a conversation. Very friendly staff. Would definitely go there again.
