The Coach and Horses, Barnes

A venerable local boozer, rumoured to be threatened with "improvement". Last manageress tried to get rid of the old clientele and get bright new customers but only succeeded with the first part of the plan. Scatter cushions, candles and toffees on the bar, pink walls, all bollocks. Hopefully the Coach will carry on doing what it does best, being a proper pub.

The Half Moon, Putney

Plans are afoot to turn it into a gastropub. Let's hope it's as much of a success as The Dukes Head. Who needs live music anyway?
