I would just like to say that we are new to the area and have only just taken over the pub so please do not expect miracles straight away. we have to be able to have time to get to know the area and the customers that are coming into our pub before we can start making judgements on people. we would like to say that we like to give everyone a fair chance (which we do not seem to be getting) and at present have not had any problems from the people that are coming in.

There is a new manager in the pub. We are sorry to hear that you have not all had a good time in the pub in recent times. Please do not hesitate to let us know of any suggestions that you may have as they are all welcome. We will try our best to read and act on as many suggestions as we are able to.
