Hey, I'm as pissed off as everbody else and normally would say the quality of the beer makes the pub but....in this case the landlady, staff and customers make the pub. Look on the bright side eventually Greene King (like Whitbreads, Bass, Trumans and so on) will go the way of all flesh and Harveys will rule the world.!!

Liked this one. The Deuchars was extremely good, friendly welcome, and a good atmosphere inside. Pubs this size suit me fine.

The Royal Oak, Guildford
Excellent. Fullers pub with Okells as a guest beer. Really friendly with customers ranging across the generations. Beer quality superb.
