The Nettle Inn, Milltown

My wife and I visited this Pub for Sunday Carvery with our two young children. The appearence is very nice, homely etc. But that's where it ends.

We asked for two high chairs. We were provided with only one (without a tray). Upon starting our lunch I we both noticed that the meat was terrible - really fatty beef and pork. In fact the beef was so fatty that I couldn't cut it. It had to be torn into shreds. When the plates were collected I mentioned that the meat was very fatty to which I had the response "Someone has just remarked how nice it was" I wasn't offered another portion or even a free drink. I can safely say it was probably the worst sunday lunch I have eaten in the worst atmosphere. If you have young children do not go to this pub. The atmosphere resembles something from a retirement home.
