Stix Bar, Beaconsfield

Having been with a large party for a very special occasion I must say I was very very disappointed with the food here. The food quality was of a high standard, but the set menu portions were laughable frankly which is a shame as the rest of the experience was positive.
The ambience, setting and staff were all fantastic but the portions were nowhere near large enough. We'd have rather paid more and got more food so the set menus for parties I would not recommend at all. We were told by the staff, "there's loads more plates coming out" but they never materialised by which point it was too late for us to start ordering more. We all left feeling rather deflated and popped across the road later on to get food from the takeaway van.
I wouldn't go back here, and sadly as a consequence would recommend you going elsewhere to celebrate your occasion
