The Red Lion, Sturminster Marshall

4 of us went to this pub on a Sunday evening, it was empty when we arrived.
The owner is a horrible little man, that was drunk. This was the second time I have been there and he has been sat at the bar permanently drinking, he staggered over with our desserts, not knowing what they were. The other staff who are teenagers are very sweet and helpful. When we came to pay the bill we were charged �1.50 for the tinyest dribble of custard, this was taken off the bill by waitor, we were not complaining but just mentioned it when asked how the meal was. On our way out the drunk owner shouted across the pub to my husband that knew nothing about this that we have to pay for extras, he was staggering around & made everyone uncomfortable. I have never been to a pub that charges for custard with a dessert. I wont return to this, he has lost 4 customers not to mention every one we tell about his drunk antics.
