Always very well kept Real Ales, normally 4 on at any one time and a decent cider. Holds one or two mini Real Ale Festival every year which are worth a visit. Check out the Latin graffiti in the Gents toilet.

The Maltings, York
If you are in York it is worth seeking out this pub. I tried all of the Real Ales on offer (hic!)and they were all well kept. Sadly the cider I tried from the barrel behind the bar was not so well kept as it was a bit warm.
