Truly appalling and these are the New owners! Avoid like the plague. Where do I start? The fires weren't lit properly so the pub and restaurant reminded you of when there wasn't a smoking ban in place. We now smell like we've been at a bonfire party. The food. No vegetarian option even though this was confirmed before we arrived. The food arrived cold and incorrect, sent back arrived by the time my partner had finished. Served in bowls that make you think you are getting soup. Asked for desert. Took so long we gave up and went to pay. Because I had the special, I didn't see the price. Twice that of everything else on the menu. May be fine for a drink but there are loads of places that are 100 times better near by. As I said at the outset AVOID.
