The Hobgoblin, New Cross

the old woman has gone,thank god,and the new landlord seems like a laugh, his shirts definately are! this pub has changed for the better over the past few months...heated garden equipped for smokers, new tables and chairs, thai food is served in the evening, open till 1am every night so you don't have to go elsewhere once you're comfortable, different events every night of the week (poker and Wii nights being my two favourites)most of the old staff seem to have gone and have been replaced by people who look as if they are enjoying themselves and that smile. this place is probably the best pub on the stretch at the moment and i challenge anybody to say otherwise!
