The Sair Inn, Linthwaite

Decent beers on. Just a bit small but other than that enjoyed my visit here.

The Rat and Ratchet, Huddersfield

Having just moved to Huddersfield, this is one of the first pubs I visited. Was very impressed with the number of real ales that were on tap. Is worth a visit, with a warm welcome. Cosy little local.

Pivovarsky dum, Prague

My partner and I came to the Dum whilst we were on holiday. The beers we had were fantastic as was the meal we had. Service very efficient. Would recommend a visit.

The Cavens Arms, Dumfries

My partner and I called into this delightful public house whilst on a day trip to Dumfries on 12.11.13. The pub was welcoming on entry and the staff were very pleasant when we got to the bar. We only intended on staying for a quick pint but ended up staying for a couple of hours and had some dinner while we were there. The haggis, neeps and tatties I had were superb and my partner enjoyed his haddock goujons too. The real ale they served was excellent as well. Would call in here again next time we decide to come to Dumfries again.

The Fox and Goose, Hebden Bridge

Excellent selection of real ales on tap and has a homely atmosphere to it. A warm welcome was given when my partner and I went in today. Just located outside the town centre it is easy to reach on public transport. Worth a visit if you love real ale.

Sportsman, Huddersfield

Excellent pub with a brilliant selection of real ale. Can recommend anybody to come here as the welcome was very friendly and the pub is very clean and tidy. The only downside was the price of the craft beers section. Will call in again soon though.

Puzzle Hall Inn, Sowerby Bridge

Although this excellent watering establishment is just a little off the road it is a cosy pub and the service is very good. The real ales are well kept and this is worth a visit. Yet again not far from home and would recommend it to anybody who like a real ale and a decent pint.

Excellent selection of real ale, excellent service by the staff and a very good atmosphere even when it's on a quiet afternoon early in the week. Not far from home so easy to get to.

The Lord Nelson, Brighton

Another pub my partner & I went into on our jaunt to Brighton (March 2012). A reasonable selection of ales and quite a pleasant afternoon spent in there. Would go in again on our next visit down to Brighton.

The Evening Star, Brighton

My partner & I went into this delightful drinking establishment when we were on holiday in Brighton and were amazed by all the superb dark star beers that were on. A definite visit to anybody who is interested in real ale. It is just a stone's throw away from the railway station so no need to take the car.

The Fighting Cock, Bradford

I went in here for the first time on 27/2/13 and i was impressed by the various real ales that the pub served. I went in approx 3.30pm and left around 8.00pm even though i was only calling in for a couple of pints. It had been recommended to me by my partner who had been a regular customer in the 1980's and 90's. I would highly recommend this pub to anybody.
