A super pub...fantastic beer garden and location, wonderful decor (although I was surprised to read inside it's not as old as it seems!). Great food too...under new management, highly recommended.

The Fox and Hounds Restaurant & Bar, Englefield Green
A nice enough pub, but went there today for food with my family and we waited an hour for food. After the barman assured us he could fillet the fish for us it arrived un-filleted. Also, quite small portions and very over priced. Lovely chips...but, so few of them! 10% service charge added to the bill which was compulsory, but this was barely table service. Order food at the bar and get own cutlery. Good location, probably better just for a beer...

Excellent food and service...recommend the skin-on chips and meze plate... Lovely decor too. One of the best pubs in town.
